A Long Day Martini

I had a version of this in a bar years ago at a friends 30th birthday party and it became one of my favorite drinks after a long day, hence the name. It's potent, make no mistake about that, but it's also tart and sweet and lovely. Multiply this recipe by 5 and store it in the fridge in a mason jar so you have it on hand whenever you need it!

1.5 oz Deep Eddy Ruby Red Vodka

1.5 oz St.Germain

1 oz lemon juice

.5 oz honey

Lemon peel for garnish

1. Chill martini or rocks glass.

2. Combine vodka, St.Germain, lemon juice nad honey in shaker with ice.

3. Shake well.

4. Toss ice and strain cocktail into chosen glass.

5. Garnish with a lemon peel and enjoy!
