Spiced Kentucky Mule

I'm not really a bourbon drinker, but my handsome hubs is. So anytime I can find a cocktail we both enjoy, it's winner. This is light and refreshing but warming at the same time. Great for sitting next to a fire. I use honey-cinnamon syrup in this one, it's also used in my Spiced Pear Champagne cocktail, which you can find here.
